Plowing through the Indian Ocean
During our circumnavigation aboard Nine of Cups, we crossed three oceans, the Atlantic (3 times actually), the Pacific, the Indian and dipped into the Southern. The most difficult of all was, without a doubt, the Indian Ocean. Winds, weather and currents contributed to a rough trip. Though we stopped and explored some paradisiacal islands along the way, the 6100 mile crossing was a challenge to the crew. Relive some of our crossing memories/ nightmares here.
