Just the Spanish names evoke a sense of wonder, mystery and adventure. Argentina and Chile share parts of this region and we had the opportunity to visit both sides. Ushuaia, Argentina, the capital city of Tierra del Fuego is situated on the famous Beagle Channel and is the most southern city in the world. Tiny Puerto Williams, Chile is the southernmost municipality on the planet. We didn’t have to hang by out toes because we were so far south, but life there was certainly different.
