The Las Vegas Journal recently reported, “Las Vegas has just experienced its warmest meteorological winter (December-February) on record, according to the National Weather Service, with a mean temperature of 55.1°F.”

We have neighbors who have embraced Halloween to the hilt. We walk by their house each day on our morning walk, and each October, we watch expectantly as the Halloween scene grows and grows.
